On the ground floor of villa there is a large living room with several doors onto the gardens, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven and a large fire place, a billiard room with another fireplace and a small wine-cellar for guest use with a wide range of special Italian wines (not included in the rental fee) and a bathroom with shower. A utility room is equipped with washer, dryer, and iron. There is a separate area where guests can work at a lap-top in comfort and quiet.

On the first floor of the Villa there are two double bedrooms with two bathrooms with shower and bathtube (one of these is a jacuzzi). There is a twin bedroom with bathroom ,shower and bath tube, and another twin bedroom with a fabulous terrace which looks out onto the swimming pool.

On the second floor of the Villa there are one double bedroom with bathroom, shower and bathtube and one three single beds rooms with bathroom with shower. There is a large recreation room with separate spa dry sauna and shower, separate gym and private body treatment area.

For families with children ALL ameneties are provided including highchairs, playpens, carriages, sterilizer, car-seats and Loungers.

The villa is provded with all big and small appliances and also adaptators for american plugs,amd a safe.
