This Villa has been planned in 1977 by Julio Lafuente, one of the most famous architect of the 1900s and appears in print on national and international books and magazines. It's located in Tuscany, in a property of 10 hectars sloping toward the sea to a natural inlet, Cala del Bove. One hectar of garden surrounds the Villa and includes the guardian's house, the swimming pool and the tennis court. This one, rising steeply from the sea, rules over a fantastic overview. The access with the auto to the property is permitted by 2 electronic gates, for a total amount of 8 car parks.

The property includes:
- six double bedrooms each one equipped with air conditioning and private bathroom
- three big living rooms, one with satellite TV and another one with a piano
- one room is equipped with telefax and a computer with Adsl internet connection
- a huge kitchen with laundry
- three dining rooms, one on the terrace with the view of the sea
- swimming pool with annex dressing room, rest room and shower
- near the gate house, on a terrace, are located a wood oven and a grill with tables and chairs

The staff is composed by two people: one gardener-driver, and one maid.
