The 28th of November, in Porto Cervo, took place the 31st UIPA (Italian Association of Italian Concierge) Convention. Its President, Federico Barbarossa, whom we have met during one of our services in Sardegna and with whom we hade the pleasure to work with, has granted Capital Charter the trust and the privilege to present the agency, as “The Concierge’s Friend”, during the convention, to the top of the Italian conciergierie.
In the morning, during the workshop, on the stage political representatives from the area and  insiders, expressed their point of view with knowledge, professionalism and precision, with the common aim to renew the image of the concierge. In brief: to update his tasks, providing him with avangard technical supports (and the necessary know-how) , to implement the collaboration with the territory, and to make use of selected services suppliers with the aim of widen his range  and to facilitate the performances.
The afternoon saw Capital Charter on stage, represented by Claudio Musto, assistant manager, and Paola Calore, responsible PR and press office, to elucidate its particular services and to present its prestigious choice of goods. At the end of the presentation, Claudio Musto in place of the President Claudio Barbieri, was granted the honour of receiving a certificate UIPA-Les Clefs d’Or, attesting that CC belongs to the selective group  of “ The Concierge’s Friends”.
